The annual meeting of the Franklin Civic Operetta Association will be held at 5:30p.m. on February 16th in the lobby of the Barrow-Civic Theatre at 1223 Liberty Street in Franklin.
The annual report will be presented and the new directors on the board will be elected. The meeting is open to the public.
